Who is the licensed esthetician at CCC Wellness?
Carmen Bieler — a licensed esthetician and founder with over 10 years of experience. CCC Wellness is her studio in St. Augustine, Florida, and she performs every treatment herself: there is no rotating staff, so the person who reads your skin at your consultation is the person who treats it.
Where is CCC Wellness located?

Clients come from across St. Johns County — St. Augustine, World Golf Village, Nocatee and Ponte Vedra are the most common.
Where can I get a chemical peel in St. Augustine?
At CCC Wellness in St. Augustine. There are two: the Customized Chemical Peel, a corrective peel for uneven tone, congestion, dullness and texture, and the gentler Progressive Light Peel for anyone beginning their peel journey. Each is selected after skin analysis, and each includes a complimentary follow-up about seven days later.
Who does dermaplaning near St. Augustine?
I do, at CCC Wellness in St. Augustine. The Glass Glow Dermaplaning Treatment is a treatment of its own, and dermaplaning can also be added to eligible facials as an enhancement. It is performed only when appropriate following skin analysis.
Can I get a custom facial in St. Augustine?
Yes. Every facial at CCC Wellness is thoughtfully personalized to your skin, concerns, and goals. Each one begins with a skin analysis, and the treatment is customized from there.
Do you treat teenagers?
Yes. Teen facials are part of the menu, and several teenagers come on a recurring schedule. I speak to the teenager rather than over them, and parents are welcome to stay.
Do you offer a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes — a Skincare Consultation is thirty minutes and $50, in the studio or virtually, and the fee may be applied toward your first qualifying treatment when it is booked within 30 days. No treatment is performed. We talk through what you would like to improve, I assess your skin, and you leave with a personalized treatment roadmap. If the right answer is to change two things at home and come back in six weeks, that is what I will tell you.
How do I book an appointment?
Request a consultation through this site and I will come back to you personally. You will receive a welcome email with a secure link to complete your intake forms before your visit.
Will you tell me if I don't need a treatment?
Yes, and I do it often. If your barrier is not ready for something, booking it wastes your money and sets your skin back. I would rather talk you out of a treatment than sell it to you.
Is my health information stored on this website?
No. This site collects only your name, email, phone, what you are concerned about, when suits you, and anything you choose to write in the optional message box — which is for scheduling and general questions, not medical detail. All intake forms, consent forms, health history and treatment records are completed and stored separately, in a secure electronic client-record system built for exactly that.
Is there a fee for the consultation?
Yes. The 30-minute skincare consultation is $50. The fee may be applied toward your first qualifying treatment when booked within 30 days of the consultation.
Do I have to book a treatment afterward?
No. There is no obligation to schedule a treatment. You may leave with greater clarity about your skin, personalized home-care guidance, and appropriate next steps.
What should I bring?
Please bring your current skincare products, a list of the products you use, or clear photographs of their labels. Seeing exactly what you are using helps me better understand your current routine.
How soon can I be treated after the consultation?
Timing depends on what your skin needs. Some clients may be ready to begin treatment soon, while others may benefit from several weeks of barrier support or home care first.
