Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. A one-time emergency exception may be granted as a courtesy at the discretion of CCC Wellness.

Please arrive on time or approximately 5–10 minutes before your appointment, especially if you need to complete any forms.

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment so the following client’s appointment is not affected. The full scheduled service price will still apply. If there is not enough time to perform the treatment safely and effectively, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

All required intake and consent forms must be completed before treatment. Please provide accurate and current information regarding allergies, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions, prescription skincare products, recent procedures, and any changes affecting your skin.

Treatments may be adapted, postponed, or declined when necessary for your comfort and safety. Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a contagious illness, fever, active infection, cold sore, open lesion, or severely irritated skin.

CCC Wellness provides personalized professional skincare services designed to support skin health and improve the appearance and comfort of concerns such as dryness, sensitivity, redness, congestion, breakouts, texture, and uneven pigmentation. Every service is guided by professional assessment, experience, and the individual needs of your skin. Services do not include medical diagnosis.

Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services. A parent or guardian may also be asked to accompany the minor to the first appointment.

CCC Wellness is a private, one-on-one studio. Please arrange for children and additional guests to remain at home unless approved in advance.

Current prices are displayed with each service and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service.

CCC Wellness accepts major credit and debit cards, CCC Wellness gift cards, and approved digital payment methods.

Every treatment is personalized, and results vary according to the individual, skin condition, lifestyle, home care, and treatment consistency. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Completed services are nonrefundable. If you have a concern following a treatment, please contact CCC Wellness promptly so your skin can be evaluated and appropriate guidance can be provided.

Treatment series, packages, and promotional offers may have separate terms presented at the time of purchase.

Opened or used skincare products are final sale for health and product-integrity reasons. Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact CCC Wellness for guidance.

CCC Wellness gift cards may be purchased in the studio or online through Square. Gift cards are activated once the purchase is completed and do not expire.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. They may be applied toward eligible services at CCC Wellness and used over multiple visits until the available balance has been redeemed.

Please retain the gift-card confirmation and number. If an eGift card email is not received, contact CCC Wellness for assistance.

To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, please silence mobile devices during your appointment and keep conversations at a comfortable volume.

CCC Wellness is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings, so please keep valuables with you or leave them safely at home.
